We are introducing ClawLensXR, a new Android app that brings your own OpenClaw assistant to compatible Rokid display glasses. It connects an Android phone, a privately reachable OpenClaw Gateway, and the glasses so that conversations, voice input, selected photos, and useful status information can stay in view while you move.

What ClawLensXR does
ClawLensXR is a companion for an OpenClaw setup—not a separate AI service. The Android phone provides the secure bridge between your Gateway and compatible Rokid glasses.
- Talk to your assistant: use voice input and follow streamed replies on the glasses’ heads-up display.
- Share visual context deliberately: capture a selected photo and send it to the active assistant when you choose—for example, to translate a menu, read a sign, or identify an object.
- Use your existing OpenClaw setup: browse sessions and choose from the agents and models configured through your Gateway.
- Configure the experience on Android: manage Gateway and glasses connections, captions, notifications, voice providers, and installation or updates for the glasses companion.
- Keep optional media behavior clear: voice-triggered video recordings are limited to 60 seconds and remain in the glasses’ native storage; ClawLensXR does not upload or analyze them.
ClawLensXR currently requires Android. Apple support is planned but is not available today.
Who it is for
The app is for people who already run—or are ready to run—their own OpenClaw Gateway and want a lightweight heads-up interface. You need an Android phone, compatible Rokid display glasses, and secure reachability to your Gateway. Tailscale can provide private reachability without exposing the Gateway publicly.
Hardware, firmware, connection route, and app version all affect compatibility. If your Rokid model has not been confirmed, contact ClawLensXR support before joining.
Why we built it
We wanted to reduce the constant switch between the situation in front of you and a separate phone or computer screen. A short question, a selected photo, or a spoken instruction should be able to reach your assistant while the reply stays visible in the moment.
The architecture also keeps the important choices with the user: your Gateway, your configured agents and models, your provider credentials, and your decision about when to share a photo.

Price, trial options, and access
There are currently two membership options:
- Limited-time launch offer: three months free, then US $3.99 per month. It renews monthly until cancelled and is available once per eligible account.
- App Premium Monthly: seven days free, then US $4.99 per month. It renews monthly until cancelled.
Provider usage charges are separate. Both subscriptions can be cancelled from the member account. Review the current offer details and subscription terms on the ClawLensXR homepage before joining.

Members can sign in and download the releases available to their membership. The Android phone app also installs or updates the companion app on the glasses.
